You acknowledge that AI-based extraction may contain errors. Always verify data accuracyby comparing extracted values to your original test reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOWIT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• •Loss of profits, data, or use
• •Health outcomes or medical decisions based on the Service
• •Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated insights
• •Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (CURRENTLY $0, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toowit, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@toowit.com. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
